The other day..was telling grace..i wanna learn how to sacrifice in a r/s or to some1 i loved in this lifetime..so now imma would like to just share share abit here wif u fellow peeps ok?
One impt foundation of strong families..r/s..love etc will be sacrifice..but its not a word ppl like to use much these days..why?
For those that are afraid of getting married..the most common reason shud be.."I'm afraid of the commitment!" or "i scared i still not stable yet"..but i guess..what they're afraid of is not so much abt having to be faithful..but the need of give up a part of one's self to make a long term r/s work..
Again..it boils down to how much of your old life you are willing to SACRIFICE..Often..our daily behaviour revolves around our set habits and comfort zones..
What im trying to put forward here is..no matter what u're told..pls rmb you cant't have everything in life..for every lifelong decision that you make..whether for yr career..family..frds..lover or even yrself..there is always a price to pay..an example will be..if u wanna enjoy singlehood..then you must be prepared for periods of being lonely..or alone..when yr frds have their own progs or dates to head to..Yet! most of us believe we can have our cake and eat it..
We grow up thinking we can all be super-frd..super-bf/super-gf..not knowing the extreme physical and mental toll that awaits such lofty aspirations..so for me..i still think jian jian dan dan..simple and sweet..and happy can already..but this time rd..imma wanna make sacrifices wif my future SO rather than she alone..sacrificing for me..=(
